"Only good for a 1st or 2nd co-op. Work is entry level without much opportunity to take on extra responsibility."

"Favorite job so far. Get to work with many other co-op students which I learned really matters. Great work environment and the team is a lot of fun."

"Love the team, but your experience depends on who your manager is and what term(s) you're there for. Personally, I had a great time working there, though I can't speak for my coworkers. Put in a lot of hard work but learned a lot and gained some really valuable connections. Cons: sometimes you don't feel valued by the team/managers for the amount of effort you put in."

"I worked with the team about a year or so ago and compared to other co-op experiences I had in the past, this one was probably the worst! Lowest pay, expected to stay long hours, work isn't too interesting and your experience really depends on which manager you work with."

"This co-op placement offers rewarding and challenging work. You are able to learn a lot about finance and get a true taste of what it is like to work in a BD position (also great if you want experience in sales). I recommend this position to anyone who values "working hard and playing hard"."

"Perks: the people, treated like full-time staff and not just "co-ops", after work social events, not just mindless work; Cons: late hours"

"Pros: After work activities such as going to expensive bars, restaurants, client parties, DBRS events, learn a lot of finance related concepts etc. Cons: Expect you to stay late even when there is no work to be done, cant leave before your manager, have to at time suck up to them to get a good evaluation, managers spend the company's money like crazy!"
