Job Description: - Participate in and help document process mapping and improvement meetings. - Manage key process improvement projects, primarily automating/streamlining communication among departments. - Document and communicate procedure changes and updates for the team. - Gather, analyze, and present company performance data to identify opportunities for improvements related to key company objectives. - Drive and manage system enhancements. - Provide support on all process improvement related initiatives. - Develop software tools to assist in interdepartmental communication and process improvement. - Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
