"Company is currently experiencing a lot of growing pains. Management was definitely lacking but is improving. Work itself was average, the teams that do interesting work don't hire interns. People are chill and friendly, most are young. Free lunch and lots of snacks and drinks available. Depending on who does your evaluation you could be screwed; I was told by my team lead that I was "one of their best coops ever", but the manager doing my review wasn't experienced and only gave me Very Good."

"I agree with the reviews here because I heard about them from my coworkers there. Last year was pretty hectic for them and people complained a lot. However, I had a great time at Index. They hired a lot of engineers as of last year and are focused on getting more managers now. They are actively trying to fix the management issue. The pay is decent, there's food and snacks. My team was great, and we had a lot of outings. Friday happy hours are also great. Overall, one of my best coops so far."

"Is this actually a Canadian company? They are so stupid, they make them seem like they are some super elite company, but indeed it's run by family owned upper management who don't care about their employees at all. HR doesn't really know what they are doing. Company has a very bad reputation."

"DON'T ever work there. They have a very unprofessionally / poorly managed HR hiring process. The company is super cheap, and they have no respect to developers."
