Job Description: Job Summary: Assist the Records and Information Management Unit: with the search and production of litigation-related records held by the ministry; and in various projects focussing on compliance with the Archives and Recordkeeping Act (2006) Job Responsibilities: - Research and analyse corporate records for documents relevant to ongoing litigation - Document the findings and process pertinent documents - Assist RIMU with special recordkeeping projects Required Skills: - Advanced research, analytical and evaluation skills to conduct effective document search and to identify potentially relevant records - Computer proficiency to prepare appropriate documentation - Work with minimal supervision - Proven communication and presentation
