"Pro: Good money - can work remotely Con: Clueless leadership, no team spirit (or team at all for that matter). You're expected to work on projects that have no stories written for them with little to no guidance. They slap together a bunch of apis and sell them as a product. Day one you'll work in an office all alone; rest of the months you can work from home, but there is no product roadmap and no one really knows what's going on. Leadership will then continue to get mad at you for not delivering on exactly what even they don't know. They're just looking for cheap contractors. Would never return. Take my advice and go for a job that pays less but you learn more. They will give you a shitty evaluation and not think twice even if give 150%"
